Frank Frosh...Owner / General Manager
Frank has been in catering management for over 12 years, as an owner of “Mountain Thyme Catering”, Director of operations, and General Manager. His philosophy is simple – No matter how great the food, if it is not well presented and delivered on time we have failed to do our job. Only through a well organized system can we as a company continue to provide our customers with the top-notch service they have come to expect. Kelly has been a part of the catering scene for nearly 10 years. Starting as a delivery driver and service staff for events, she has continued her way up to sales & event coordinator. As the sales & marketing director for Elements Catering, her strong background and experience in coordinating and planning a full spectrum of catered events along with her attention to detail has always put her in a class above and beyond with customer trust and reliability. | |

Christopher Danchik...Executive Chef
Chef Christopher comes to Elements Catering with a wide array of culinary experiences and knowledge. Christopher has worked in several different areas of the culinary world from garde mange and banquets, to hot line execution, but catering remains to be his favorite. He enjoys being able to create an ambiance and experience for those gathering for any occasion. Chef Christopher enjoys combining Tex-Mex and Classical French to create his own fusion style cuisine, typically including the use of wood chips, dried chilies, and French techniques. Christopher’s philosophy on food is you should start with the best in season products; and from the beginning. Chef Christopher currently lives outside of Denver, Colorado with wife Corine, and pitbull Tayz. | |
